These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qeau platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Qeau ("Qeau", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Qeau is a deployment platform that lets you connect a Git repository, deploy applications to infrastructure (a virtual machine) you control, and manage governance, security scanning, and observability for those deployments. Specific capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the infrastructure (servers/VMs), domains, and third-party accounts (e.g. GitHub/GitLab) you connect to the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis and priced per seat, billed monthly or annually as shown on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which will be added where required.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Cashfree Payments). We do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• Enterprise plans are quoted and contracted separately.

4. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund handling are described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; deploy or distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; disrupt the Service; or deploy to infrastructure you are not authorised to control. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content & data

You retain all rights to your code, data, and content. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service (e.g. to clone, build, and deploy your application, and to display logs and metrics back to you). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Qeau and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan; no other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Git providers, payment processors, cloud and DNS providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and code.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qeau will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
