Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with Qeau. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscriptions. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹).
Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing support@qeau.tech.
- On cancellation, your plan does not renew at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (see below).
Refunds
7-day refund window. If you are charged for a new subscription and it isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it, provided the Service has not been used beyond ordinary evaluation. This applies to the first/initial charge of a subscription.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after a confirmed cancellation are refunded in full.
- Mid-term cancellations — for monthly plans, the current month is generally non-refundable after the 7-day window; for annual plans, refunds for the unused portion are considered case-by-case at our discretion.
- Enterprise / custom contracts — governed by the terms of the relevant order form or agreement.
- Taxes already remitted (e.g. GST) may be non-refundable where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@qeau.tech from your account email with your invoice/transaction reference and the reason. We respond within 1 business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment partner (Cashfree Payments) and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
